Monday Share Fundraising Nights

When it comes to raising funds for your school or non-profit, consider taking part in our Monday Share Fundraising Night at New Leaf Market Co-op. This opportunity is open to all non-profits, from schools to scout groups, sports teams to church groups. A 501(c)(3) is required.

How it works: 

  • Share Nights are scheduled on Monday evenings from 5-8pm. 
  • We provide customized fliers to promote the Monday Share Fundraising Night.
  • Schools/Organizations are responsible for printing fliers and promoting the event.
  • During the Monday Share Night, your guests will show the flyer to the cashier at the register.
  • Within 30 days after the Share Night, we will cut a check for 15% of the pre-tax, net sales that your group brings in.

Please Note:

  • For your group to receive credit for the sale, a printed version of the flyer must be shown when checking out.
  • Flyers may not be passed out in or around the store during your event.
  • Checks must be picked up in person, New Leaf does not mail donations. Your organization will be notified when your check is ready to be picked up; donations not retrieved within two weeks of this notification will be forfeited.

Proof of non-profit designation is required before New Leaf Market Co-op is able to provide a check for Monday Share Fundraising Night donations. You may be able to find your organization's EIN online at taxexemptworld.com, or a similar site.
