Q: Please open a store in the Panama City area. It would be greatly appreciated.
A: Thank you for your enthusiasm. We would love to open stores in all of the surrounding counties, unfortunately we are not quite ready to expand on such a large scale. Thank you for your support.

Q: I love the Glenhaven Farm eggs with the bird biographies inside. I am mostly vegan because I don't want to support cruelty in the factory farms, so it means the world to me to be able to buy local cruelty-free eggs from a farm where I can actually call the owner and about her chickens. BRAVO!

Q: Items removed from a transaction do not appear on the receipt. When they do, and they do, it confuses the customer greatly.
A: Currently, that is how our point of sale system works, so there is nothing we can do to change it at this time. I will request it as an option in future releases of ECRS Catapult. Thank you for your concerns.

Q: Upgrade salad bar. Olives, tofu, tempeh, good stuff! Quality has gone down.
A: I apologize for the drop in quality. We strive to have a salad bar that is healthy with many varities and that is pleasing to the eye. Thank you for your suggestions.
